Nate & Anne

I recently had the absolute pleasure of doing a lifestyle shoot with a couple, Nate and Anne, and their adorable crew of goats, dogs, and chickens. It was such a joy to capture the love they share, not just with each other but also with their furry and feathered family members.

As a luxury wedding photographer, I’m always on the lookout for unique moments to tell my clients’ stories, and this shoot was definitely one for the books. You could feel the bond between them in every photo, and their animals brought so much personality to the session.

The goats? Pure fun and mischief—they added a whimsical, playful vibe. The dogs brought that familiar sense of loyalty and warmth, while the chickens gave the shoot a quirky, charming twist that was just so “them.”

Some of my favorite shots were the unplanned, candid moments—like Nate and Anne laughing as the goats tried to sneak into the frame or the way their dogs stayed close, always keeping an eye on their humans.

This session was such a beautiful reminder of how much joy and magic can be found in the little things, like the love between people and the animals they share their lives with. I’m so grateful for opportunities like this to capture those connections and turn them into memories that will last forever.
